The iPhone/iPad and Android apps are available on the App Store and Google Play respectively. Use the links below to download. Check available plans and actual prices in the app and on the confirmation screen before purchase.

Taiwan App Store pricing is NT$99 per month or NT$990 per year. For other storefront regions, refer to the local App Store price.

Monthly: 2 babies, 3 caregivers, 3 GB. Annual: 4 babies, 6 caregivers, 6 GB. Caregiver counts exclude the family owner.

On Apple, a monthly-to-annual upgrade takes effect after purchase confirmation: the annual fee is charged and unused monthly time is refunded proportionally. The annual period starts on the upgrade date. Annual-to-monthly changes take effect at the next renewal. Google Play shows its applicable timing and charges before confirmation.

The actual effective time, charge and refund amount are subject to Apple's confirmation.

Use the BABY account associated with your purchase to check subscription status. If you already have an active paid subscription, do not purchase again on another platform. The complete cross-platform entitlement sync and duplicate-subscription prevention flow is still awaiting verification. Subscriptions cannot be transferred to another BABY account. Check the amount and currency on the confirmation screen before payment.

Complimentary PRO access

Complimentary PRO includes monthly-plan benefits: 2 babies, 3 caregivers and 3 GB. Its expiry is shown in the plan center.

If your account receives complimentary PRO, check the plan center for its expiry. Complimentary access is free, does not renew or charge automatically, and needs no cancellation. After it expires, you can continue with BABY FREE if no other valid PRO access remains. Signing up does not automatically grant complimentary PRO.

Web payments through ECPay

BABY Web provides an entry to ECPay checkout at NT$99 monthly or NT$990 annually. The complete payment, PRO activation and renewal flow is still being verified. This website’s “Start free” button only opens BABY Web; it does not directly create an order or charge you. Sign in to Web and view the plan center.

Paid subscriptions renew on the monthly or annual cycle confirmed at purchase unless canceled. Cancellation stops the next charge; PRO lasts through the paid period, then returns to BABY FREE if no other PRO access is active. For Web, check the cancellation controls and result shown after sign-in. If the controls are missing or status is unclear, contact us through this website. Merely deleting the app or account is not cancellation.

Use the Apple or Google account used for the original purchase. Menu names may vary with platform updates.

After PRO expires

Downgrading or expiry does not automatically delete babies, members or photos. If a new limit is exceeded, adding more of that item is blocked; existing data remains viewable.

• You can still view and search existing care records and add ordinary care records.
• Existing photos can still be viewed and downloaded.
• If photo storage exceeds FREE's 500 MB limit, you cannot add photos.
• Delete photos to bring storage below 500 MB before adding new photos.

Family plan

Your signed-in BABY account determines your data and access. A subscription belongs to one BABY account. Switching BABY accounts does not transfer subscriptions or data. An Apple payment account with an active subscription in the same subscription group cannot purchase another one for a different BABY account at the same time.

Only the family owner needs a subscription: invite up to 3 caregivers on monthly or 6 on annual. Other members do not need separate purchases.

Payment results and subscription status

Reaching ECPay checkout does not mean payment succeeded. After payment, return to BABY Web to check your plan and expiry. If payment remains unconfirmed, do not pay again; check subscription status or contact support first.

For Apple purchases, follow the App Store billing and refund process. For Web ECPay orders, contact BABY through this website’s Contact page about charges, cancellation or refunds. Canceling renewal is not a refund request. Never send full card numbers, card security codes, passwords or verification codes.
